Dr. Del Rio was amazing. Her staff was so friendly. I have not been to the dentist in years so ofcourse I was nervous, but Dr. Del Rio and her team made me feel so comfortable. I def. recommend coming here. :)
Had my first checkup with them today, and everyone's really friendly. Just a heads up- they're at the corner of Main and McKeever, not the building down the street at 1041. Receptionist called and sent me in the right direction when I was 5 minutes late, good call!

I wanted so hard to like this dentist, because she's really sweet and has a caring bedside manner. But both my husband and I have had really unprofessional experiences: -Each time I've been to this office, I've been left waiting in the chair while the dentist attends to what is clearly TOO many other patients. Twice this meant I had to be shot up a second time with Novacaine (because I'd been left sitting in the chair so long it had worn off). -I took off work and paid for an uber to get to an appointment for Dr. Del Rio to put a crown in. When I got to the office, I was told that my crown hadn't arrived and they had forgotten to tell me so that I could reschedule. Erica at the front desk did not even bother to apologize - seemingly, it didn't cross her mind that missing work and paying for an uber is something that puts a person out of work and money. Later that day they called me to say that- they'd made a mistake! My crown HAD arrived, and could I come back in? This was one of the times that I sat in the chair waiting, trying to not be frustrating with how much of my time this office was wasting because they were disorganized and understaffed. - When I went in for an appointment, nobody bothered to tell me that they'd moved offices, two buildings down the street. So I was standing outside the wrong building at 9 am, trying to call, but nobody was even answering the phone. When I finally figured out that the office had moved, the receptionist chastised me for being late and again, didn't apologize for the lack of communication. - Erica processed our insurance for my husband's dental work and then later called to tell us that she'd purposely put an incorrect date down when she realized his insurance changed, so now we owed x amount of money. This felt so under the table, that I can't even start to comment on it. - We've decided to switch dentists because of this and have TOLD the office to please stop calling us, hounding us to schedule appointments. They call a few times a month still, and disregarded my requests to the point that I blocked their number. Overall, not a bad dentist, but really unprofessional and disorganized.

I left feeling very upset. The dental hygienist was great however I was told I could wait 20 more mins. To have the filling I originally booked for only to be denied treatment due to them wanting paperwork verification that I don't need antibiotics before treatment. I've NOT needed antibiotics for dental treatment in over 6+ years!!!!!!

It took a little longer than normal because it was the first time I was using my insurance, and am a new patient. But the staff was super friendly, and very attentive. The dentist and the assistant was very polite, and explained everything they were doing. I'm very happy with my experience here :)

She has a great spirit. She assisted me with receiving the referral needed to proceed with a solution to the problem. I will return for a post op appointment in a week or so. You should definitely see her if she is in network and available.
