In my current practice, I draw from Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, where the focus is on solutions to problems by discovering and using the resources and strengths a person already has. In Solution-Focused Therapy, clients are invited to identify their strengths and future hopes that will lead them to get unstuck from unhelpful behaviors that prevent them from achieving their life goals.

Ive had nothing but good experiences with Susan! She is professional yet very compassionate, understanding, and easy to talk to. Starting therapy can be scary at first but Susan with her kind reception eases that right away. Her techniques and listening has helped me tremendously in my healing journey.
