Great experience! First doctor to actually listen to me and not just set my feelings/emotions aside. She was amazing! 10/10 highly recommended and absolutely loved that she took my medicaid and gave me the treatment i needed :)

This provider was very patient and kind as they took the time to ask many questions about different aspects of my life and health to gain a well rounded understanding of my concerns. I get a lot of anxiety when talking to medical practitioners, but I felt put at ease and thus was able to better communicate my concerns and needs.

The first appointment was really great actually! Once you fill out the forms, she still asks you what brings you in and you discuss how she can help you. She’s a good listener and makes really good recommendations. I’m really glad I made an appointment to speak with her and explain my situation.

I was a little skeptical at first with booking this appointment because this was my first time using ZocDoc. Overall, I highly recommend her. She’s very understanding and is an excellent communicator. She gets to know you personally on a very detailed level, which made me feel very comfortable. I was grateful she also explained the medication that she was prescribing until she knew I was confident. She reassured me that we would find what works for me and the what the next steps we would be taking.

I had to cancel/reschedule so many appointments on Zocdoc overall, because they say they take my insurance but don’t. I’m not notified of that until the last minute.
When I had my first appointment with this therapist I called to make sure my insurance was valid with them. They said at the moment they are not , BUT in April they would be. So I rescheduled for today at 11am.
I did not receive a text, call, nor email from this therapist. I only got an email and text from Zocdoc automated services to remind me of my appointment.
2hours have passed and still no updates.
I don’t know if Zocdoc or the doctor is who I should be highly irritated at. If it’s says it takes my insurance then i shouldn’t find out that it doesn’t until I drive and pull up at the location, or the day before when I’ve taken off for the appointment.

95% of the appointment was great. however when it came to the actual prescription, I discovered she took away the cheap med that was keeping me from suicidal ideation, and replaced it with an incredibly expensive medication that causes SI and heart problems.
