The office was very unorganized. I had to call and schedule an appointment after I scheduled with Zocdoc. When I got there they had no idea of my appointment. The age was wrong, demographics were wrong, first and last name were incorrect. The office scheduled me to come back in a few weeks but they didn’t give me any confirmation. I am not sure if or when I will return. It was a waste of my time.

Very rough on patients! Not gentle at all. Felt like he was going to break my jaw. He yanked so hard on my tooth during extraction I was left bruised all along the side of my face. Also didn’t communicate what he was doing before he did it, leaving me surprised and uncomfortable.

I scheduled a new patient exam and cleaning. It took 45 minutes before being taken to a treatment area. Another wait before an X-ray process that seemed like they did each tooth individually. Then nothing. Staff walked past and didn’t acknowledge me sitting there. I walked out without an exam or cleaning two hours after my appointment time.
