I will help you manage and reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and the emotional and psychological effects of complex trauma. My clients report significant changes in their overall well being, life fulfillment including better relationships, and improved self esteem. I welcome all ethnicities as well as LGBTQA+. I have over 25 years of experience helping clients heal from and cope with anxiety (including social anxiety), depression, Bipolar Disorder, low self esteem, PTSD and complex trauma, grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, self destructive tendencies as well as understanding how the dynamics in your family of origin continue to impact you.
