The front desk is a bunch of kids that do not know what they’re doing. They give out incorrect information over the phone without checking the patients information. The doctor took an hour to see me, she also verbally said I cannot stand up on my feet for at least 2 weeks and my job requires me to stand up on my feet for 8 hours day, 5 days a week. She then denied my disability paperwork to miss work for 2 weeks and says she can only write a note saying I need to wear a boot. Honestly I could say worst experience I’ve had at a doctors office. The staff and doctor did not make me feel comfortable or understanding of what was really going on with me.

Definitely going back. Great Doctor - thorough, knowledgeable and has the ability to resolve any foot issue. My problem is that insurance does not cover everything (mainly what I consider best solutions); However, the doctor has the ability to resolve foot issues and she accommodates patients by offering alternative solutions for patients to choose from. I believe alternative solutions will work just fine for me. I might add that her staff is awesome and her facility is state of art. At this point in my life I have decided to be proactive instead of reactive with my health. Thanks Dr Sho & Your awesome Staff!!!

I felt like I was rushed into a decision to get an injection without proper education on what I would be given or consideration of other mediciations I was on. The only education given was on things not covered by insurance. I had a lot of side effects with the injection that could be easily confirmed on webmd once I asked what I was injected with but when I called to confirm with the nurse he said no one has side effects

I really had a great visit. I felt welcomed soon as walking through the door. Office was very good with letting my know what my insurance cover and the price so I wouldn’t get surprised at the check out. I’m very thankful. The X Ray Tech was so great, we talked while she worked which was pleasant because dealing with ppl is a job by itself. The Dr was great, she asked questions, explained my options. I honestly couldn’t have gotten this kind of treatment anywhere else. It’s hard to find a Dr. with great office personal. I’m feeling better with a better understanding of what my problem was. My feet feel better

The Patient Service here was AMAZING! I was laid-off from my job of 7yrs and my insurance was 48hrs from expiring, which I fully disclosed to the Dr's Office, and I was still given 5-Star treatment! They went out of their way to ensure I was fully diagnosed and cared for. Such a kind & helpful staff, I will recommend then to everyone I know! Love This Office!

Hands down the friendliest medical staffs and podiatrist in town!!! They’re so patient with me since I was in pain and distracted by my daughter being in the hospital during my visit. They answered all my questions and gave me the best medical care to help reduce my plantar fasciitis and bone spur issue.

I was okay until they use the auto blood pressure machine. it wasn't accurate. question was ask , when was last calibration done. March of 22.
blood pressure was thru the roof, the number, knowing my # I knew it wasn't accurate.
overall the visit was excellent, the Doc. was very professional.
