I’ve never seen a therapist before until I started seeing Denise. She is honestly awesome for everything. She has helped me learn different coping mechanisms, and how to deal with other things. Along with setting boundaries. I highly recommend her as she’s not only easy to talk to, but always helps you see the brighter in things.
