Thank you, Denny, for helping me navigate my family struggles, especially during the holiday.

Denny thank you for having in person appointments.

Hello Dennis, thank you for the sessions. I don't have much experience with opening up emotionally but my wife told me I needed to be in therapy to work on it. I am hoping Dennis is the man and can help me with it.

Nice dude who I feel comfortable with sharing personal stuff with. I had a female therapist before but I sometimes felt judged because of what I would share. I'm not perfect but if I am being open you think someone would try to make you feel okay. I feel that way with Denny.

Counseling is new to me, as I grew up in a family where we did not believe in therapy or mental health, and that added to my pain. I now know counseling is for different things, and I have gotten my brother and sister to also pursue therapy. if you have been told that it's not real or for the weak, those are all the people who do not work on themselves.
I appreciate you, Denny!!!!!
I came into therapy feeling overwhelmed by depression and honestly unsure if anything would really help. Working with my therapist completely changed that. From the beginning, they created a space where I felt heard, understood, and never judged. They helped me make sense of what I was feeling instead of just trying to push it away. Over time, I started to understand my patterns, my triggers, and how my thoughts were affecting my mood. More importantly, I learned practical tools that I could actually use in my daily life to manage the heavy moments. Things that once felt impossible started to feel manageable. What stood out most was how genuine and consistent they were. They didn’t just listen—they challenged me in the right ways and supported me through it. I’ve grown in ways I didn’t expect, and I feel more stable, confident, and hopeful than I have in a long time. If you’re struggling with depression, I truly can’t recommend therapy—and this therapist—enough.
Sessions have been great, and he accepts lots of insurance, which has been nice. I liked that he had a website; surprisingly, a lot did not.
The second appointment was nice. We are talking about family history, and things are coming up that I was unaware of the connections to some of my struggles now.
I came in to see Denny because I was struggling with anxiety in my relationships and had a hard time standing up for myself. I would overthink everything, fear upsetting people, and often ignore my own needs just to keep the peace. Early on, I learned that I struggle with anxiety, codependency, and anxious attachment. That awareness alone was powerful. Denny helped me understand where these patterns came from and how they were showing up in my daily life. He gave me practical tools to set boundaries, communicate clearly, and calm my anxious thoughts instead of letting them spiral. Since starting therapy, things have changed in the best way. I feel more confident, more secure, and much more grounded. My relationships feel healthier and more balanced. I can speak up for myself without guilt and trust that I won’t lose people for having needs. I genuinely feel happier and more at peace, and I’m so grateful for the growth I’ve experienced.

Working with my therapist truly helped me find myself again. I came in feeling anxious, depressed, and disconnected from who I was. Through patience, insight, and compassion, they helped me understand my patterns, challenge negative thoughts, and build healthier coping skills. For the first time in a long time, I feel genuine happiness and a sense of calm. I’ve learned how to manage my anxiety instead of letting it control me. I’m incredibly grateful for the growth, clarity, and confidence I’ve gained through this journey.

This is a new provider for me and the first couple of sessions were pretty standard intake but I did feel heard and a lot of the questions that were asked were on point with my experience. I have high hopes for this one.
Having my kids back and being the dad I always needed to be has helped my life a lot. I started off therapy court ordered and continue on my own because I have seen the changes in my life.

Before starting therapy, I had never even heard of attachment theory, let alone understood how deeply it shapes relationships. I didn’t realize how much my attachment style influenced the way I connected, reacted, and communicated. Through working with Mr. Williams, I learned that relationships and communication are far more complex—and hopeful—than what most of us grow up believing. I gained practical tools and insight that completely changed how I show up with others. I’m incredibly grateful for the clarity and growth I’ve experienced.

Working with Mr. Williams has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my mental health. From the start, he created a safe, supportive space where I felt heard and understood. Through our sessions, I’ve developed healthier coping skills and learned how to pause, reflect, and respond instead of reacting emotionally. He has helped me build greater self-awareness and insight into my patterns, allowing me to approach myself with more compassion. I’m now better at identifying and communicating my emotions, which has improved both my inner life and my relationships. Most importantly, I genuinely enjoy my life more. I feel more present, confident, and equipped to handle challenges. I’m truly grateful for the growth I’ve experienced through working with Mr. Williams.

This journey of secure attachment has not been easy, and I still vacillate between anxious/insecure and secure, but the reactions I'm having are a lot different from those I had a year ago. I've been dealing with anxious attachment and BPD for a long time and everyone wanted to focus on my anxiety as if there was something wrong with me. It's been different with Denny and I am seeing the evidence right before me.

Great doctor, kind man, respectful human, and an even better person. I've known Mr. Williams for a while now, and we've had a major life change through our work. I see him less frequently, but I've always been able to increase it whenever I need to. I appreciate your flexibility, Mr. Williams, but above all, I appreciate your genuine, kind nature and the way you treat people regardless of their background. Thank you

Enjoying the sessions so far, and I like his relatability across different areas. For someone who appears young, he sure has experienced a lot in life and is open about stuff. Therapists I have had in the past that I've seen for years, I felt like I did not know much about them, and now that I think about it, even felt like a stranger who knew what my soul looked like.
I appreciate this doctor, and he is the one who helped me discover using Zocdoc, which is a cool resource to have. Thank you Doctor Williams for all your help and care.

Starting off the New Year the best I can and thank you, Mr. Williams, for your help. Looking forward to what 2026 has to bring for us all!

Younger therapist who get some of the things I have endured. I had an older therapist before, and there was a big disconnect with our sessions.

I've been seeing this doctor for several sessions now, and it has been going well. I found him on here, and I'm happy about my choice. I've had several therapists over the years, and this is off to a great start. This doctor does give me the flexibility to sometimes do appointments at the office and sometimes on Zoom.

Thank you for your help, Mr. Williams, even around the holidays. I felt a bit less lonely this season, and thank you for allowing me to have two sessions as well.
I just finished the first session today. Off to a good start, there is a lot to cover in the intake, and I appreciated how clear and thorough the process was. I'll report back once I've had a few more sessions, and I am thankful for the reviews in helping me find a good match.

Denny will be seeing me on Christmas Eve, and I'm thankful for that. Holidays are tough this year, and I'm looking forward to the session. Thank you, Denny, and Happy Holidays! If you are feeling sad right now or don't know what to do, reach out to Denny!

I am currently working on issues with my communication and marriage, and I have seen progress, as has my wife. It was remarkable to hear how some minor adjustments, as well as the work we've been doing, have been transforming my life.

He is a great therapist and person. If you're unsure about therapy, have had trouble finding a good therapist or anything related to this, reach out to Mr. Williams as he can help you navigate these tough times and especially with the holidays!

I've been seeing Doctor Williams for a while now, and I've seen the difference it's made in my life and my family's. I've learned to control my anger better. I still need work, but I am making progress I did not know I could have. Anger was always a reaction and never a thought, but I see that I do have more control than I thought I did.

Just want to say if any of you are feeling in a funk, feel disconnected from friends/family, or seem to have issues with people all the time, Denny is the guy, trust me.
I've had a few therapists over the years, and I've enjoyed some more than others. Denny has helped me begin to work through my deepest and darkest insecurities. I've opened up about things that I struggled to talk to others about, especially males. I learned later in life about BPD and anxious attachment, and I wanted to stop destroying every relationship I've ever had. I've said some horrible things to people, I've thrown people out of my life for the most minor things, because those deep wounds from my mother were never healed. I went to therapy over and over again, and each time it was like a Band-Aid. One thing Denny said to me earlier was that short-term therapy may often be a band-aid if it only treats the current symptoms and not the root cause. Believe it or not, out of all the therapists I've had, none of them have ever said that, and it resonated with me. I'm starting to like myself. I can't go as far as loving myself quite yet, but we're on the right path Thank you, Denny

Another great session with the doc. Slowly getting better as a man and husband. My wife has said she's noticed a lot of changes, and for a long time, I thought I was improving in therapy throughout the years with different therapists. Things have been different with the doc and I enjoy our sessions and the person I am.

This Clinican is very open, knowledgeable, and non-judgmental. I appreciate his candidness when sharing about himself and the guidance provided toward achieving my personal goals.

Therapy for being a dude can be scary, but it hasn't been that way with Denny. I've told my friends about him and I believe a few of them are seeing him now. Thank you Denny

Always have a wonderful time seeing Denny!

I've been seeing Mr. Williams for a few weeks now and we're off to a good start. I will say what feels different about him compared to my last therapist is the questions and things we are going over in the intake. My last therapist didn't ask me about family things or past trauma; it was more geared around how I've been replying to my spouse. I like the tips but I also want to learn more about why I am the way I am.

I can’t believe I was ever scared of therapy! I grew up where we were told therapy was for those who were mentally ill and that mental illness wasn’t real. I’ve always wanted to ensure I was a man and with Denny, my view on what a man and being masculine has changed and now I’m learning what being a real man is. If that resonates with you, Denny is your man!

I've been seeing Denny for a few years now (for a couple of different issues). I'll start with how I've been in therapy on and off for about 25 years. I've had some good therapists and I've had some terrible ones (it's surprising how many aren't that great at what they do). Denny is my longest therapist and someone who I've felt I've connected with more than anyone and I cherish the therapeutic relationship I have with him deeply. I appreciated being able to open up to a male and hear his perspective, it's been different than what I've been used to in the past both personally and in therapy. He is warm, he is real, he cares and you typically always feel that way!

Denny is a very kind therapist. I have seen many in my life but Denny seems to understand the human experience a bit more intimately than most. He has helped me navigate some very difficult emotions and life transitions with a gentle push when needed. He is a great guy and he is LGBTQ+ affirming.

Denny is amazing! He’s been helping me cope loss of a loved one. He is very compassionate and has a way of listening without judgment. I like that he helps me see things from a different perspective which has helped me with my anxiety and confidence. If you’re looking for someone to help with ptsd, relationship, family, or self esteem issues Denny is the therapist to see. 10/10 I recommend!!

Have you been looking for a therapist and can't seem to find a good fit, feeling let down, or coming close to giving up your self-healing journey? I started to see Denny four years ago, and I can't begin to tell you how much my life has changed. He helped me leave an abusive relationship, My journey started with being scared to attend therapy as a male because of the stigma. I wanted to see a female because of these worries. Still, during a consultation, Denny said that challenging myself and seeing a male therapist could add a benefit that may only be there while seeing a male, and I can't believe how right that was. What I liked about Denny is who he is as a person; he's down to earth, is authentic about who he is, who he's been in the past, and who he wants to be. I like that about him, and although it may not be ideal, I've always seen him as a role model and someone I look up to. Look no further; this is the perfect match for the right clients.

Denny is a special person - kind, compassionate and always willing to lend a helping hand. He has helped me navigate some of the most difficult years of my life, and I’m forever grateful for finding him when I did. He truly loves what he does and it doesn’t take long to witness. He is certainly one of a kind.

Denny, is a kind, genuine, and understanding therapist who helped me navigate a difficult and isolating time in my life. He helped me see the value in finding myself as an individual & provided support in making difficult changes for the better. Although I only saw Denny less than a year, this was the most progress I have made attending therapy. I have since decided to take a break from therapy but find myself often referring back to the tools I learned. I am so grateful for his support & for the progress he helped me make.

Mr. WIlliams is a kind and down-to-earth person. What was different with Denny compared to other therapists was his empathy and ability to connect. He's been through a lot himself, and it felt good working with a professional who understands me both professionally and personally. Thank you, Denny. I'm thankful I found you and hope never to lose you!
