I have received a reminder message with the address and when I have arrived their in time I have found that the clinic of off, and someone from next clinic told me that the Dr goes to a different location on Tuesday. I feel very disappointed and I think this is very unprofessional.

They didn't have my appointment in the books, so I had to wait for the dentist to be able to squeeze me in. I don't think doctors and dentists check their ZocDoc appointments as this is the second doctor that didn't have me in their schedule and I had to wait a while for the dentist to be ready for me.

Dr. Nguyen and Betty are the greatest. No pressure or unneeded costly quotes or procedures in order to make more money. I was put off and afraid because of past experiences, but I'm glad I went and got my teeth taken care of with them. Wow. I saw all of the 5 star ratings, and that was definitely the alluring factor behind my decision to visit Dr. Nguyen. After visiting the clinic, I have to say that all of the reviews were incredibly accurate. I have joined the legion of 5 stars. The doctor is in his own words, very "conservative" and does not recommend any unnecessary procedures to ramp up his profits. And speaking on that note, he is priced exceptionally competitively. I would highly recommend this clinic. Please go with confidence.

Office was really elegant inside and the receptionist was great. Dr. Nguyen was very professional and didn't waste anytime, he offered me options for my wisdom tooth removal and it was pulled on the spot. Overall I think I found a dentist I actually enjoy going to. Will be returning soon.

Please be sure to make Dr. Nguyen and his talented staff your new dental team. Receptionist was very welcoming and entertaining throughout the whole visit. While briefly introducing the hygienist, she mentioned that Dr. Nguyen had very high standards for his hygienists which made me feel good right from the start. Hygienist was young, hip, and a great conversationalist. But don't let her youthful appearance fool you. She was an absolute pro and gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. To the point that I would be seriously bummed if she personally didn't clean my teeth for the next few years-she was that good. Dr. Nguyen himself was great in the brief time I spent with him and immediately inspires confidence with his professionalism and demeanor.
Charming side note: While scheduling a consultation for an implant, Dr. Nguyen suggested it would be fine to do the Xray next appointment. The very friendly receptionist pulled me away and said it would be best to do it now. Dr. Nguyen paid no mind and went onto next patient, letting her do her job.
Suggested to me they have great teamwork with each staff member empowered to do exceptional work, both in dental cleaning and customer service.
Book with Dr. Nguyen today, you won't regret it!
