Very informative and caring. Tells you everything straight forward and wants to genuinely help you
This was my first visit with this dentist. She was very thorough and professional.
I like to be transparent whenever I write my reviews and in this case I did not have a good experience at this office for my first appointment. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and had to wait a total of 40 minutes before I was finally called in. No one informed me that the doctor was running behind and I had to ask the front desk what was taking so long before they finally called me in. I also told them I didn’t want a full set of X-rays to be taken since my insurance only covers them once every 5 years. The receptionist told me they would waive the cost, but then the dental assistant told me that I’d need to pay out of pocket. At that time, I was there for about an hour without being seen by the doctor and had to leave to pick up my child without getting anything done. It’s disappointing because I really wanted to like this office but it did not work out. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to others.

The doctor was great. The appointment started between 20-30 minutes after the scheduled time. The hygienist, was not helpful or informative. The doctor told me he was prescribing an antibiotic, but the hygienist returned to the room with a mouthwash. When I asked why I was getting a mouthwash and requested more info on the antibiotic, she would only say, “It’s part of the plan.” I deserve to have my questions answered about what is going on with my health and plans surrounding that.
