I went into the office today because I was having an issue with one of my teeth, and the care I received was outstanding. Dr. Terteryan, the hygienist, and the front desk receptionist were all incredibly helpful and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciated because I had a work meeting shortly after my appointment.
They even took into consideration that I needed to be able to speak clearly for my meeting and made sure everything was handled perfectly. The office itself is very modern, clean, and well organized. Even though it was busy, the wait time was almost nonexistent.
Dr. Terteryan and his entire staff took amazing care of me. I’ll gladly recommend Dental Blvd to anyone. This is officially my new dentist office going forward.

I wasn't seen by the provider I booked through on ZocDoc, but the experience was overall good. The staff was very friendly, there was clear communication about what recommended services would be covered by insurance, and scheduling could NOT have been faster/easier.

Very unprofessional and rude direct care staff, including the dentist. The woman who took my x-rays was very gruff. No bedside manner at all, just go here, do this, sit there. Such a polar opposite experience from my last dentist in Sacramento area. The ladies behind the front desk were nice, friendly and welcoming. The woman who brought me the estimate was chomping on gum! The dentist sat down and said "OK, how can I help you " I was like, my tooth broke off and then I showed him the piece that had come off. He said it's probably a piece of a crown and we will need to replace it, it's not a big deal. He never even looked in my mouth! I got out of there and didn't schedule a follow-up appointment. I found another dentist, who seems to.be more reputable. This place is scary and you guys shouldn't be working with them.

Dont waste your time.. my apt was at 2:15 i arrived at 2:08 they took my id and insurance card , then I was sitting in there until like 3:30. They have a sign in the door free xrays and cleaning for new patients.. they didn't even look at the reason why I went in.. Instead, they found every other issue that i would have to pay for and didn't even mention another thing my insurance covered. Not only that , but after the exam, they brought me to the front to talk to me about a treatment plan. But regardless if i decided to do anything or not, i had to return the next day because they were about to close.
Then the old very tan with almost all gray hair lady in the front tells me I need a valid license to get any work done. ??. Are u serious.. I went in for a tooth repair, not a dmv test.. and on top of that, they had bo patients but one with a dr. and the other one sitting there the whole time ..

People were nice, office is clean, procedure is ok, the only problem is the app itself. I searched for periodontist and zocdoc app gave me this option, unfortunately the periodontist is not available on my scheduled appointment and only regular dentist. The dentist was very nice and ok but I expect that if I booked a periodontist, I will be able to speak to one on the time of my scheduled appointment.
