Dr. Patel and her staff are so wonderful! I'm able to book appointments on short notice and have received the best dental care. Dr. Patel has a calming presence that puts me at ease and is very gentle. She frequently "checks in" during procedures to make sure I am comfortable, which is so appreciated as someone who deals with tooth sensitivity. She also always takes the time to get to know me, answers my questions thoroughly, and provides actually useful & practical recommendations. She even generously shortened her lunch break in order to repair a filling during my recent dental cleaning appointment. Can't recommend Dr. Patel enough!

I visit the dentist for annual cleaning regularly which is normally 100% covered by my insurance once time a year. I have the same insurance. I visit this place with the same dentist as last year (2021) because she did it pretty well previously. This year (2022), she did exactly the same but she told me that my insurance was co-pay so I had to pay. She clarified that she did extra/special cleaning. Honestly, I knew it was the same as she did before. She just used her hand tool scratched my teeth because of Covid-19, the only thing she could do. I was disappointed that I couldn't trust this dentist anymore.

Having just started with her for over a month, Dr. Patel combined the detail of one former dentist with the caring from another. This Bruin provided many protective gear to quickly, but carefully complete whatever was needed. I couldn't have picked a friendlier new neighbor!

I haven't been to a dentist in a number of years so I was nervous about booking an appointment, but Dr. Patel put all my fears to rest! She is incredibly kind, gentle, patient, and compassionate. She took the time to obtain a comprehensive history, mutually worked with me to develop a plan, and explained everything clearly and thoroughly.
She was very mindful of my tooth sensitivity, and continuously checked on me while gently evaluating and cleaning my teeth. I've never had a dentist take such care while performing a routine teeth cleaning. She even stayed nearly an hour after the office closed to finish our appointment and answer all my questions. I'm so glad I found such a wonderful dentist nearby to help me!

Can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Patel! The fact that I’m in a great mood after 2 fillings speaks to how lovely her bedside manner is. She is nice to chat with, understanding of scheduling changes, super attentive to your comfort, explains everything patiently and clearly, has lots of lovely touches like a neck pillow and calming music, and is efficient but without making you feel rushed or that she’s compromising quality in any way. I live almost an hour away now and will absolutely continue to come to her because now I don’t dread the dentist — thanks, Dr. Patel!

Dr Sharda is very responsive since the first time I looking for help for my wisdom tooth. She returned my call for help on Saturday and squeeze me in on her Monday schedule, even though at Zocdoc I was scheduled to see her on Tuesday 2pm. I was taken care right away I came on Monday and patiently try to find oral surgeon who is closer and can take care of me asap. She is kind and really want to help you. Thank you doctor??

Highly recommend for competency and professionalism.
The doctor is also very aware of sterile techniques to exclude COVID-19 virus and she works tirelessly to keep the patient and office free of any potential virus exposures.
