Appointment was scheduled at 1pm I arrived at 12:45. Waited 1 hour and 20 mins and was seeing people check in after me and go back before me. Went to the front desk and spoke with the woman and she said I wasn’t checked in properly, I told her you were the one to take my id and insurance how wasn’t I checked in. She scheduled an appointment for me march 31st today is Feb 19 please don’t go here they don’t know what they’re doing I wish I can give zero stars

Dr. Patel was very kind, very personable. He understood my prior affairs my phobia of the dentist my concerns about the cost and what my insurance will accept fear of pain and he just explained everything very well. He took his time and he assured me that he would work with me and work with my insurance and work with my financial situation to get the get my mouth care and the best possible healthy condition which affects the rest of my health I really appreciated that and I feel like I will return for treatment. He set out for me one step at a time and that meant the world to me. I feel like I got over a little bit of fear that Day. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and your staff.

Dr Patel was very straight forward and very polite ! He created a plan for me and explained it into detail. The young lady Kelly who took my x rays was also so nice warm and welcoming. I would recommend Dr. Patel and this office to anyone.

At my arrival, I was greeted with a smiles. Checking in was on point. I wish the technician will smile more however; she was very gentle, very knowledgeable, and communicated throughout the process. Dr. Patel was very nice, he has a beautiful smile, kept the eye contact, took the time to listen to my concerns and allowed me to asked all my questions. He was very gentle as well. actually did everything that was expecting, the care plan of what my next appointment will look like. I will definitely make that office my primary.

I didn’t see Dr. Patel, but the doctor I saw was actually quite wonderful. He was a White man, but I don’t remember his name. I think he’s the best dentist I’ve ever seen. I usually don’t like dentists, but he’s pretty nice, and takes care in providing the necessary information and action plans.

My first visit was very pleasant. I was made aware that I wouldn’t be receiving a cleaning that I requested ahead of time in the dentist seat. I should have been made aware of this at the booking.

This was the most pleasant experience that I’ve ever had at the dentist. This was also the first time I’ve ever had a dentist create a detailed care plan for my teeth. Typically, I just go in for a cleaning and they send me on my way (at other dental offices). I’m very pleased with the experience and look forward to going back regularly and following the care plan.

This was one of the few times an 8 o'clock appointment meant 8 o:clock. No waiting around for a half to an hour. The staff was very helpful along with the doctor made my visit enjoyable and believe me I thought I would never say that about a visit to the dentist.
