Nice office with nice staff. I was able to book my appointment and be seen within two weeks. Would recommend!

Seems like they trying to get over as far as dental work on my teeth

They accept appointments with no means to get it done, this had been my first appointment with them and it was concluded that I required a root canal. After being referred and seen by specialists because they don’t perform root canals for some reason I went back at the suggestion of the specialists to get my tooth extracted from them and doubled down by calling to be certain it could be done only to get there and get told their oral surgeon isn’t in and my tooth can’t be exacted. At first they had attempted to get more x rays done because according to them the time between my first and my second appointment which was today 4/17 has been too long and something may has changed I don’t know. I do know, that the specialist took their own scans and sent them back when they suggested I go back to my dentist to get the tooth extracted. So I told them they should already have my scans which they did. Charged me a $10 office fee and nothing was done, prescribed pain meds and sent me on my way.
They’re oral surgeon was not in despite my calling to make sure the day before if my extraction was able to get done. I specifically called the day before to confirm my appointment and to make sure I wouldn’t be wasting my time and money to get up there to have them to not be able to do the procedure. That’s exactly what happened, and they gave me another referral to get it extracted somewhere else, a prescription for pain meds and sent me on my way,not before charging me an office fee despite not doing anything for me. They also tried to run more x rays because they haven’t seen me in a while since my last appointment which was Feb 18th, even tho the specialist they referred me to for a root canal sent them my x rays after they told me they couldn’t do my root canal because I didn’t have enough tooth ( root canal was for broken tooth) told them no. They used the scans the specialists sent over. Nothing changed. Always trying to squeeze any type of money out of people unnecessarily.
I booked an appointment for my annual six-month cleaning, got there, and waited for an hour to be seen. Once I was finally tended to, a rude dental assistant came in telling me a non-smoking, told me I was not getting a cleaning that day because they needed to determine what “type of cleaning” I required after another 2 hours and a set of over eighteen x-rays (asked why so many, was told it's a procedure for new patients.). Mind you, I switched insurance after four years and was also looking for a dentist closer to home. After my X-ray experience, they told me, an avid flosser, brusher, and dentist visitor, that I may need a scaling and cleaning. Got a second opinion, and was told my teeth look great, a regular annual would do. They play a comoensation grab game, I wouldn't recommend them.

Typical initial complete forms. The wait was excessive and I inquired after 15min to ask if thus was common for them. The receptionist was vague. Si I informed I'd wait as long as I could. but there is a limit. Shortly I was called and things started rolling. The provider had an emergency and they were trying to accommodate. Understandable but that wasn't shared. Minimize frustration not contribute to it! I will go back. This was my first time I will go back. Once I went back the people were professional and courteous and all apologized for the wait.
1st time patient. Great service from start to finish, with Ms. Kim to Ms. Chinyere Okoro. I’ll definitely make this my home dentist.

My appointment was the first of the day, so that’s probably why I didn’t have much of a wait time. To their credit, the staff was ready to rock. I completed their digital form so I didn’t have to fill out anything when I came in. After providing my credentials, I was taken in the back for standard exams & x-rays. Everything seemed clean and sterile. The staff was so kind and patient with me. Dr. Okoro was awesome! She was kind, clear, gentle & understanding. She cleared all of my misunderstandings and was patient with her staff. Her recommendations for how to move forward in my dental care were concise and easy to understand. I am most definitely going back for my follow up + other appointments. Kind of made me confident about going to the dentist again.

Most everything went well. Yet best of all was the patience, kindness and professionalism of the dental assistant, financial managerband the superb dentist.

Hallelujah !! It was my first visit and I felt welcomed and respected from the moment I walked in the door. All the staff from the lady who checked me in to Ms. Kim to the other lady Ms. Babb who completed my X-rays with her gentle speech and encouraging words to Dr. O herself !! They were all full of love and kindness :). Also, the office was conveniently located, the wait was brief and I was able to get my dental work updated and with great efficiency. I would highly recommend Dr. Chinyere Okoro to anyone :) . To God Be All The Glory :) !! Jesus Is Lord :) !! Jesus Loves You :). Jesus Saves :).

Once again, Zocdoc failed me! The office had no knowledge of my appointment, even though I went through Zocdoc for every step. I WILL NEVER USE ZOCDOC AGAIN! I had to ultimately reschedule with the provider myself, meaning Zocdoc is a complete waste of time!
A bit unorganized.
