My experience was great, but I did not like the fact that they canceled my original appointment with out my permission stating they could not verify my insurance; however when I call my insurance was verified and I had to rebook and all of this happen in a span of 5 minutes. I was not happy about that at all

I absolutely would recommend… I had a deep cleaning, a surgical extraction, and partial. I didn’t feel any pain during the procedure, my gums healed great. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

I came for what I considered routine cleaning and to check 1 chipped molar tooth after another draining medical appointment that lasted longer than expected. Then having to wait 1/2 hour to receive new paperwork. Then I was required to take a whole bunch of x-rays that I was not prepared for and Having to wait so long and feeling light headed because my blood pressure was dropping despite me telling the dental staff attendant of my concerns. I had to literally leave the appointment to get something to eat since it was now about 3:45pm and I hadn't eaten since 7:00am breakfast. My request to reschedule to accommodate all this dental office was requiring of me and the dentist never saw me. I am very disappointed because my concerns was ignored and my care partner had to go to communicate with them while I ate some soup in my car to regain my strength. I felt like a hostage in that office. First impressions were very lasting with me. I personally don't care to go back.
