I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Seto. The location of the office is very pleasant. The staff was happy and polite and provided me and my daughter with helpful tips on how to maintain our beautiful smiles.

The equipment is old and malfunctioning. They couldn’t get x-rays done. The personalities are friendly but the service was slow and clumsy. It was painful at times. My chosen doctor was changed to a different person but it wasn’t communicated to me. When I said that I should have been meeting Seto the staff insisted that I was mistaken. I wouldn’t return to this practice.

My appt was canceled very last minute and then was rescheduled for a completely different time without giving me a call or anything. I can only speak for that part. I'm sure the Dr. is a lovely person

Overall, my experience was lackluster. There was music blasting in the exam area. The assistant was great and really friendly - but took around 15 xrays! The dentist herself spent all of 5 minutes looking at my teeth and stated that I needed a deep cleaning, which unbeknownst to me, would not be occurring on the same day. I asked why I needed a deep cleaning instead of just a regular cleaning, and the only answer was "you have some plaque," which is pretty common. When I went back to the lobby and saw the checkout consultant, that's when they informed me that they don't do dentist checkups and cleanings together. I scheduled the deep cleaning (NOT covered by insurance and even that hygienist couldn't explain the need for a deep cleaning well) and a small filling for the next week. She apparently forgot to include the filling in my next appointment because when I went back, they informed me they didn't have a filling on the books. So I have to go back in a month.
