From start to finish, everyone was exceptional. Each team member clearly explained the plan for the visit and what to expect. Everyone had a defined role, and the appointment flowed seamlessly. When it came time for the treatment and billing consultation, everything was explained clearly and priced fairly—no jargon, and all of my concerns were addressed. My past experience with dentist and the offices were traumatic leaving me to not see a dentist in years and I would work myself into "panic arracks" My teeth are in terrible condition. Dr Gardner and his team seeing this kept me advised and patiently explained everything they were going to do and allowed me to set the pace. Never once shaming me for my teeth condition only positively saying we will get your smile confidence back. The front desk explained until I understood due to all the information I received during my visit. Thank you!

It was nice to find a dental office with polite and courteous personnel. I was treated well instead of with rudeness like my last two dentist offices. Once the x-rays were made and they saw what I needed done, they carefully explained it to me and didn't try to talk me into a lot of unnecessary dental work. The prices were affordable also.

The doctor bedside manner was harsh. I was getting a deep cleaning and the needle from the anesthesia was hurting me, and I told him that I had enough anesthesia on my right side. He very rudely said I will stop and send you home right now if you don’t let me finish. He could have easily said I have to put the rest so you don’t have any pain while she deep cleans your teeth. I need the left side of my mouth cleaned but I haven’t been back sense. ??

I had a great experience from as soon as I walked in. All the staff was friendly and I waited about two minutes after sitting down.
