The provider did not ever verify my insurance even though i sent it in prior and filled out all the necessary paperwork but presented me with cost of services - they said they follow up and never did so i had to seek alternative care. I felt as if there was no care for me there as i was the only person there not speaking Spanish. I am Hispanic but dont speak spanish well so did not want to attempt to but felt like my treatment was not taken seriously or an effort for me to have care.

The office staff and manager were very friendly! I have a lot of anxiety so I liked how the TV was showing relaxing beaches throughout the appointment. The only complaint is that when I got my cleaning done the lady basically gave me a shower in my own spit. Other than that, everything was great! 10/10
