I recently had a dental appointment with Dr. Narrisa Ross and her team, and the experience was exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They listened closely, communicated effectively, and even understood where I was coming from when I expressed my concerns. Every staff member contributed to a comfortable, positive atmosphere. I have additional work planned, and I’ll definitely be returning. Thank you all for the outstanding care.

This was my best dentist experience in my life. As someone with major anxiety, this was the perfect environment for me. She was so amazing and I’m truly grateful that I found her.

I had a great experience with this dental office. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which made a big difference since I hadn’t been to the dentist in two years and was feeling pretty anxious. Everyone was kind and really helped put me at ease.
The hygienist was especially great—she explained clearly what I need to do to get my gums back in order and made sure I understood everything. Now I have “homework,” and I don’t want to disappoint her!
Overall, the office was welcoming, the care was excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist office. Dr. Narissa Ross went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. There was no judgment (even when I told her I hadn’t had a cleaning in a couple of years). She explained everything she was doing and was gentle. Best part was my entire appointment including X-rays was only 35 min. I can’t recommend Dr. Ross more!

This was my first visit to the practice and I am happy to say I've found my new dentist! Cannot overstate how warm and welcoming the staff were, the cleaning was done expertly, and the office is very clean and bright. Highly recommend the team at Serenity!
