The dentist and dental assistant were great. However, they only did an oral exam and didn't do a cleaning. It was my first time at that practice, and apparently they require separate appointments for an initial exam and a cleaning. However, their first available cleaning is January 2027 (it's August 2026 when I'm writing this). I would argue they don't have the capacity to be accepting new patients, I'd have gone elsewhere had I known this in advance. It felt like a bit misleading or even like a bait-and-switch to me.

It was great! A positive friendly office environment, very diverse staff, knowledgeable doctor and hygienist with amazing bedside manner. I felt like they cared about not only my dental health but also the financial side.

I booked an appointment through Zocdoc with a dentist who never showed.. I booked a dental cleaning, but was told I can’t have the cleaning done and the next available appointment is 2 months away.
I was there for almost an hour just for some quick x rays and for a dentist to tell me i look ok for now. The check in and check out system can be much better, instead of having people stand there and stare at someone for help, maybe someone can say “be right with you” or something like that? Lol. Basic customer service. The dental assistant was very nice and did a great job making the x ray part of the appointment comfortable.

Staff courtesy was a 7. From escort to dentist, I wasn't given their name or role in my visit. I was asked background information in the hallway being led to the dental chair.
All staff were excellent at doing what they were doing. Kindness is apparent but I shouldn't have to ask 'who are you' and 'what do you do here'.
Overall, I am very pleased with choosing this practice for dental care.
