Staff courtesy was a 7. From escort to dentist, I wasn't given their name or role in my visit. I was asked background information in the hallway being led to the dental chair.
All staff were excellent at doing what they were doing. Kindness is apparent but I shouldn't have to ask 'who are you' and 'what do you do here'.
Overall, I am very pleased with choosing this practice for dental care.
