Whole experience was problem free. I have a phobia of dentists, but the whole appointment I was calm and relaxed, which was amazing! I would HIGHLY recommend this practice. ( I will continue to go here.

She examined my mouth, and she fixed the problem. However, while I was waiting to be seen, I overheard the clerk tell a man that he could do a payment plan for his bill. At any rate, that offer was not extended to me. Perhaps, I could benefit from a payment plan too.

I waited 46 minutes just to get my teeth cleaned. Since I entered I informed everyone that I’m here for a hygienist. It took them 25 minutes to do X-rays then they said the doctor will see you now, I said why I just need a hygienist, they explained it’s part of the process. The doctor came in asking me what I’m complaining about, I said I’m not complaining about anything, I just need to get my teeth cleaned. He said oh ok let me take a look and then he said the hygienist has a patient she will see me after her current patient. Then the hygienist finally came in asking me to go to another room as soon as I sat she said we will do a bone density measurement first I said no we are not that’s it, I need to leave I have waited 46 minutes just to get a cleaning and now we have to do something else first. It’s like they do their best to charge the insurance money as much as they can and they don’t even listen to you. Terrible place never again and I reported it to my insurance

Unfortunately that doctor was in the process of moving to a new location I seriously considered following her but the 25/30 minute commute when sick was a deterrent

I had a great experience at this dental office! The entire team was professional and welcoming from the moment I walked in. My dental assistant was incredibly kind, friendly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit.
Dr. Jordan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly identified my cavity, explained the treatment plan clearly, and completed the procedure smoothly. The whole process was much easier than I expected.

I went to my appointment at 9 am today at Gentle Dental for a cleaning and they said I did not book a cleaning. They said it was an exam and xrays and that they would not be able to do a cleaning at 9 am. I told them I would like to cancel because I booked a cleaning and that was the reason for the visit. I showed the front desk the app where it said I booked a cleaning. The person at the front desk said that "unless I wanted to sit on another patient's lap" they could not do a cleaning at 9. Really inappropriate to talk to patients like that in a healthcare setting. I was told I could not get a cleaning until 10:40 which I could not make.
