She examined my mouth, and she fixed the problem. However, while I was waiting to be seen, I overheard the clerk tell a man that he could do a payment plan for his bill. At any rate, that offer was not extended to me. Perhaps, I could benefit from a payment plan too.

I waited 46 minutes just to get my teeth cleaned. Since I entered I informed everyone that I’m here for a hygienist. It took them 25 minutes to do X-rays then they said the doctor will see you now, I said why I just need a hygienist, they explained it’s part of the process. The doctor came in asking me what I’m complaining about, I said I’m not complaining about anything, I just need to get my teeth cleaned. He said oh ok let me take a look and then he said the hygienist has a patient she will see me after her current patient. Then the hygienist finally came in asking me to go to another room as soon as I sat she said we will do a bone density measurement first I said no we are not that’s it, I need to leave I have waited 46 minutes just to get a cleaning and now we have to do something else first. It’s like they do their best to charge the insurance money as much as they can and they don’t even listen to you. Terrible place never again and I reported it to my insurance
