Dr. Rima and her team go above and beyond to prioritize patient comfort and experience. I came in with a quite painful infection and they were able to treat my issue quickly and gently (while I watched love is blind). The Novocain could have been horrible with all the pressure but once she started I didn’t even feel the needle. A true master, I’m recommencing Dentazure to everyone in my life.

First, we live in Washington dc, and we booked far from home based on Dr Rima’s good reputation and reviews, we booked in this clinic specially for her but we were surprised to find another dr. Without any explanation! I have the left side with pain and the right side with 2 cavities but the Dr decided not to do anything until the pain gone, leaving the cavities without filling, they only did an X-ray. so after this long distance, the visit wasn’t helpful for me! I wished they have credibility!

I was actually seen by Dr. Dilnoza Hojaeva, DDS who was very helpful and able to fit me in for an additional assessment of a tooth that had been giving me trouble. The team was friendly and attentive. There are a couple steps I need to take in the proposed treatment plan including a referral but it was explained to me verbally without written follow up on the full list of recommendations.

It took over 30 minutes for me to get seen due to an issue with my online forms not submitting, however, the hygienist was incredibly helpful and friendly. She made the visit enjoyable and made me feel very comfortable. The dentist was also very knowledgeable and kind. I will be going back and recommending this place to others.

Absolutely love the team at Dentazure! I’ve had a cleaning there and have had some cavities filled. Everyone at this office has been so friendly and they walk you through everything they do. The cleaning I had was thorough and they discussed some concerns they had. When I got my cavities filled I was nervous about pain from the blocker shot but they used numbing gel and were extremely gentle-I didn’t feel a thing! During the procedure they made sure I was comfortable. The office is clean and easy to access and they even have music and TVs right above the dental chairs. I highly recommend this dental office.

Good dental cleaning in a sparkling clean office. They had lots of appointments available.
But they called me at least three times before my appointment. First, to get my insurance information (which I thought was already available on Zocdoc). Then to ask if I could come to an earlier appointment (I couldn’t). Then to ask me to fill out some forms electronically. I had hoped booking on Zocdoc would minimize this back and forth.

The receptionist is fantastic and I hope she stays there. Very friendly and helpful when it came to forms and knows a lot about how insurance billing works.
Dr. Kanbaragha was a great communicator about my results - was able to point out how prior fillings were not well shaped and were contributing to problems I was having. She also listened well and gave me some ideas about some longer term problems I've had.

Terrible environment. My legs couldn’t even fully extend. Quick assessment and nothing more. Cleaned my teeth for so few minutes and yet gave me a huge work up plan.
Most telling is that I get automated texts from this office several times a month asking me to come do their absurd treatment plan. I’ve repeatedly responded to leave me alone when yet continue to receive these updates.
This is one of the worst dental offices I’ve been to in my life.

My first impression was that I loved Dr. Rima. However, I booked an appointment for a regular cleaning. I was not expecting the outrageous charge from my insurance for a regular cleaning when i have paid nothing at other offices. The dentist took photos of my teeth to show me the problems, without asking if I wanted them, and charged for it.
