The staff at this office were GREAT! Right from the entry, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The office was very nice and modern. I appreciated that they used newer tech for my diagnostics! Kayla (the hygienist) was AWESOME! she explained everything really simply, but thoroughly and she was super gentle. Dr. Bonner is a great dentist! She worked quickly and made sure I was as comfortable as possible! I will be bringing my husband here as well!

Great experience at this office with the front office staff, dental hygienist, as well as the doctor. Everyone was friendly, they knew exactly what they were talking about, I understood what information they were sharing with me even though I have know dental background they explained everything to me in a way that I understood. I think I've found my regular dentist out here in VA!

Absolutely amazing experience and staff! From Amy and Annie helping over the phone and having Allison and Dr Bonner take care of the actual “fun” stuff regarding my cleaning - I would recommend my friends and family to DentCare asap! The office was clean and inviting. Allison made sure I was comfortable the entire time and communicated everything well. Dr. Bonner was very informative and helped answer all my questions. Dr. Bonner and Allison did a wonderful job on my cleaning and I for the first time can say I actually enjoyed my experience (minus the obvious cleaning part which I’m sure no one actually loves)! 10/10 recommend! Huge thanks to the staff there!

Dr. Bonner was such a great provider! I usually always get very anxious when going to the dentist, but this was the very first time where I felt 100% comfortable and not anxious at all. The office was super clean, the staff were super welcoming, and the playlist was 10/10! Dr. Bonner & Kayla answered every question I had and provided me with a clear treatment plan for the future. I had an emergent dental need. They got me in within several hours on the same day. I cannot say enough about how fantastic the entire staff and I mean the entire staff at this office are. Even though I was there for a dental issue they put me at ease and we’re just so absolutely amazing to me the entire visit from start to finish. I have a real fear of the dentist! So when I got to my appointment I was so nervous and full of anxiety. EVERY single person that I interacted with was genuinely kind and made me feel so welcomed. The office was clean and the atmosphere was peaceful. I even throughly enjoyed the calming music! Dr. Dominique Knox made me feel like I could trust her to give me the best care…..And she definitely did! I’m actually looking forward to my follow up appointment! Very glad I went to see Dr. Knox. She and her staff are AMAZING. From the time I went in, everyone was very nice even though I ran late. I went in for a cleaning, needed fillings, and Dr. Knox was kind enough to do them during this same appointment.
