Dr Chen saw me for an emergency appointment. He was super thorough and kind. I could tell he really cared about my wellbeing and wanted what was best for me. I have a regular dentist who couldn’t see me when I had the emergency and I will be transferring my records to Dr Chen!

Dr. Chen and his staff are the best! Literally I mean it. Today, I had an anxiety attack after being numb. This is due to my anxiety disorder and Nothing the doctor did wrong. The staff attended to me immediately both women holding my hands, reassuring me It’s OK giving me tools to help me cope, oxygen, ice pack & doing breathing exercises with me.
May was a wonderful coach, as if she has done this all her life.
They were so gentle and calm & helped me to self regulate my nervous system. Once I was calm, Dr Chen attended to me. I was a little embarrassed and apologized for taking up so much time then he reassured me that it was all about me being comfortable and feeling safe and that even if I wanted to go home and take a break and come back, he will still be right there to serve me.
Dr Chen was thorough and explained the condition of my teeth and my mouth and we made a plan together.

I have been seeing Dr. Chen since his arrival in Renton and have been very comfortable with the procedures I've had. He has the most modern, up to date methods and explains everything in detail. I will continue to visit him and his staff as long as I still have teeth.
