I had a really great visit with Dr. Charly. She has such a calm, approachable personality and made the appointment feel very comfortable from start to finish. I appreciated how detailed her work was and how carefully she paid attention to the little things instead of making the visit feel rushed. She was also very flexible and accommodating, which I really appreciated. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt like I could ask questions without feeling awkward or hurried.
