Yes, I would return. I was impressed with the whole experience.

provider rescheduled twice (once because time slots listed on zocdoc.com were not accurate, next because doctor was suddenly unavailable for the newly scheduled appointment; neither time did office staff handle very courteously) so I ultimately canceled in favor of driving further to a previous provider; office staff were confusing about insurance reimbursement, though they're listed as in-network for my insurance provider on zocdoc.com; for contact lens exam there is an extra charge if you'd prefer a non-dilation exam. Overall seemed to be a bit of a disorganized group and does not have accurate zocdoc profile.
