I've been a patient at Denver Smiles Lakewood for the past two years and have consistently had a great experience. Dr. Rugova is very patient and takes the time to make sure I understand my care and feel comfortable during appointments.
Soumaly is very thorough and understanding, and I always appreciate how comfortable she makes the cleaning process. The early morning appointment options are another big plus for me. They make it much easier to schedule appointments without having to rearrange my entire day.

I had a very positive experience at Denver Smiles Lakewood. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I felt comfortable throughout my appointment.
Soumaly did my cleaning and was excellent. She explained what she was doing as she went, took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. She was personable and easy to talk to, which made what can sometimes be an uncomfortable appointment much more enjoyable.

Honestly, this was the best experience I had with a dentist probably ever in my 35 years of life. Dr. Rugova was at the front desk when I walked in and was very friendly, quickly got someone there to help me check-in, and started with my checkup right away. Everyone was very personable, funny, and great to chat with. They were very helpful and went over all of my options in detail explaining everything to me im an understanding way. I definitely found my new dentist and could not recommend this place enough!

This group of clinicians is extremely friendly and helpful always! Dr. Rugova is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and caring for every visit. Every member on the staff becomes like a first name basis kind of relationship and makes you feel at home. My wife and I are so glad we found this office to care for our dental needs!
