Some clients are highly critical and expect nothing but perfection from their therapists. These are the clients who blow through one therapist after another as they fire each one after only a few visits. But this isn't what psychoanalytic therapy is all about. Therapy is based on exploration, insight, the therapy relationship and rupture and repair. I'm super grateful I found Jessica as she has been amazing in my therapy journey.
