I specialize in the unique approach of Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, energy work & utilizing nature's wisdom to work with people to find the root cause of the patterns they consistently struggle with in their lives, and then partner together to elicit permanent change in these patterns. Many times recurring patterns are a result of trauma. I may utilize EMDR to assist you in processing these patterns to allow you to live a more joyful and positive life. Through open conversation and reflection, I help you notice recurring themes and patterns you experience. Gaining insight into these hidden patterns allows you to respond more consciously, develop healthier coping strategies, and create lasting emotional change.
