It was unfortunate because as a new patient, I felt unwelcome. I was prepared with a list of things that I wanted to cover during my appointment, but I was so rushed that I felt like I couldn’t even talk about the concerns I had. The provider walked in and didn’t even introduce themselves and just started with the exam examination. And it was especially shocking because I was maybe the first appointment of the day. I knew during that appointment that this would be my first and last time being a patient there.

Ines was great, but felt like my questions were answered in a way as if I was a child. Also, I have tried everything for my skin, I mean everything. If you go here looking for an intense treatment like Accutane, be expected to go through the route of trying everything again with her before possibly being prescribed. I say possibly because she is convinced it won’t work for hormonal acne, when honestly, everyone’s skin is different and I know it has worked for multiple people I personally know with hormonal acne.
