The waiting room is spacious and attractive. I appreciate that a restroom is directly available. I also liked the fact that we were not subjected to a TV show. The receptionist received me immediately. When I was taken back to the examining room, I had a bit of a wait, always uncomfortable when one is wearing a paper dressing gown. I was seen by Dr. Benstock’s assistant who was friendly and seemed competent. After she performed her examination, Dr. Benstock re-examined me. I found the redundancy comforting: what was not found by one professional might be seen by another. I have been seeing Dr. Benstock for many years, and she is always amiable and welcomes questions.
