From the time I arrived until I left it was extremely professional. Waiting was literally none. I was 15 minutes early and Dr Glinose saw me approximately 3 minutes after being walked in to my room. Fantastic experience. EVERYTHING was explained to me and
They are so kind. I was worried about Dr. Rosen retiring he was a good doctor but after my second visit I was very happy as Doctor Glinose is a fantastic doctor. He puts your mind to rest by thoroughly explaining everything he is going to do.

Everything was great EXCEPT they do not take Apple or Google Pay! In this day & age, a lot of people do not carry a physical C/C, if they don't have to, like myself. I ended up sitting there for about an extra 45 minutes to an hour trying to get that info. Finally I suggested I go home & call them w/the CC info, got clearance from the ofc mgr. I called and payed it when I got home. You should include they do not have Apple or Google Pay on your site for the practice. Other than that fiasco, the Dr was great, PA was great & friendly!
