Great experience. My concerns were addressed. I did not feel like I was being “sold” glasses as I have with previous optometrists. Very professional and friendly! I highly recommend this practice to anyone. I will be a customer here as long as I live in the area.

We were welcomed upon arrival and given te option to shop for lenses prior to the exam. The selection was great for the brands offered.
Overall, the appointment went well and an additional exam was done so my daughter could have a pair of contacts as an alternative eyewear for the days she chooses not to wear glasses.

It was great they took my insurance and had appointment times within 2 weeks that fit my 9-5 work schedule. The receptionist was very sweet and made the office atmosphere very comfortable. The doctor was very professional, but not as personable as I had hoped, which is fine and understandable. I also don't think they saw that my reason for the appointment was because of eyelid problems I've been having. If going for reasons other than a standard eye exam, I'd make sure to clarify that upon arrival because I didn't get to talk to the doctor about my eye problems as in-depth as I was hoping or know when the right time was to bring it up, and when I did, it was a very quick side conversation. But she did give me some tips and said to call and come in the next time it happens, so that was reassuring. Overall a fine experience and happy to have a go-to eye doctor now.

As a new patient, I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dr. Spotts answered all my questions, gave me very helpful feedback, and the appointment went very smoothly. I haven't seen an eye doctor in about five years and I was very impressed with the tools Dr. Spotts is able to use - much of which is digital - versus the "old" way of doing things. I look forward to returning!

My appointment with the provider was excellent. It’s always a little intimidating finding a new doctor. The office staff made me feel welcome. The doctor is approachable and she listens to your complaint. She’s very engaging and speaks to you not at you. I’m new to Pennsylvania and glad to say I’ve found my first doctor. She’s a keeper.
