Collaborative patient focused care with exceptional service and outcomes for one low monthly price! You get all of your primary care, sick visits and wellness visits for one price. You will never have a copay or a surprise bill from us ever. Memberships start at $50 monthly.
We are looking for patients who want to partner in their healthcare journey, in order to be eligible to become a patient at DeSorbo Health and Wellness we require an intake phone call where we discuss your healthcare goals and needs. We focus on real health for our patients, not once yearly visits where we send you off with some medication. We assess your overall health and ways we can actively help you improve!

Very friendly and patient. Explained plan of care thoroughly giving ample time for questions and answers. Instantly felt at ease by his calm demeanor. Highly recommend. He doesn’t accept insurance but by doing so the rates are lower and over time my out of pocket expenses will be lower than paying the deductible for a different group.

Probably thee most attentive observant and reassuring healthcare specialist I’ve ever spoken to! EVER! He was attentive granting me his full attention allowing me to convey my issues as best I could. Being observant during moments that were hard for me to explain by but reassuring me he could identify what I was relaying to him. His Assessment of my medical history, symptoms, past/present were not only acknowledged they were address with answers and the info needed to remedy and alleviate and maintain a treatment that was customized on the spot to my needs. Care was provided during my visit and what was gifted was optimism that I was in great hands! The quality of this service is unheard of! Same day care Was completely and appreciated

Nick the APRN is great! I booked a visit and within a few minutes he called discussed what was going on. Got me on a video appt. He quickly efficiently diagnosed me got my medication to the pharmacy and I was feeling better in less than a day!
