DeSoto Dentistry welcomes all patients! Each appointment begins with a comprehensive examination or a limited examination for your concern. Some procedures will require a comprehensive exam to ensure proper treatment is being provided. Most patients will not receive same day treatment unless time allows. We are in-network with Delta Dental, Cigna PPO and Aetna Extend PPO. However, we will send claims for all out-of-network benefits for all major insurances (excluding Medicaid/Medicare) plans. For our patients without insurance a quick fee breakdown is listed below so there are no surprise charges. Diagnostic Services: Comprehensive Examination — $115 Periodic Examination — $65 Limited/Emergency Examination — $60 Full Mouth Series (FMX) — $160 Single Bitewing — $23 Two Bitewings — $40 Four Bitewings — $80 Full Mouth Debridement — $100 Cleanings & Periodontal Services: Prophy (Routine Cleaning) — $115 Limited Deep Cleaning (Per Quadrant)— $200 Deep Cleaning (Per Quadrant) — $300 Periodontal Maintenance — $115 Sealant Per Tooth — $25 Night Guard — $500 Preventive / Add-On Fees: Fluoride Varnish — $10 Opalescence Go Bleaching Trays — $10/Tray Opalescence Bleach Syringe — $15 for 1 / 2 for $25
