Mental health issues can be a daily struggle for many, just know that seeking treatment doesn't have to be. This practice has clinicians with years of experience skilled in helping adults, adolescents, and families manage mood disorders, trauma, anxiety, and life transitions. The goal is to customize therapy, so that through support and education, you can develop insight, learn healthy skills and identify your inner strengths to live a happy and fulfilling life.
We will start with building rapport that promotes you to feel heard and accepted without judgement. Our approach to therapy is patient-focused, strengths-based, goal-oriented, and compassionate. Therapy is customized in order to provide an optimal environment for sustained growth and empowerment. Together we create a plan to establish goals and topics to address, then we work on applying interventions and strategies that aid you towards a positive catalyst for change and accomplishing goals.
Participating in therapy is about getting help to resolve issues, manage symptoms, and develop new coping skills. The goals and outcomes are to feel more empowered to take charge of your life. You will see personal growth by building on the strengths you already have and applying different problem-solving skills and techniques to navigating your thoughts, emotions, and relationships. We will provide you with support, motivation and empowerment so that you are able to go and live your best life.
