I would go back because the dentist was actually very friendly. The one thing I didn't like about their office was that their restroom was located on a different floor, but that wasn't a big deal.
The assistants were pretty friendly. They did not start exactly punctually, but they kept me informed as they were going, even if they were behind on other patients. They accepted my insurance in advance. There was an intake form that they needed me to fill out in advance, and because I wasn't able to do it easily, the assistant helped me.
We did a comprehensive dental exam and, unfortunately, found that there were some inflammatory parts to my gum, so I was not very happy that we needed extra cleaning that cost out of pocket. They did tell me the cost up front and did not surprise me with any additional fees.

I had a great experience here! The clinic is clean and tidy, and the staff is very friendly. The doctor took the time to patiently explain the best treatment plan for me, and the teeth cleaning was incredibly thorough. I highly recommend this place!

was told to wait for them to confirm my insurance, after i waited for 1 hour they said that they have validated my insurance but that i would have to pay upfront in cash and re-imbursed later which is something that I have never seen in other clinics where they would only ever charge me if there is a copay

Dr. Babauta was great, along with the rest of the staff. Everyone was super nice; I have severe dental anxiety and they were understanding and supportive. They were also great at explaining things and helping me to understand my care, which I really appreciated. Short wait time, easy to reach/communicate with, very friendly and professional. I will be making this my permanent office and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Very messy, not clean office and the staff were not nice. I spent over 3.5 hours just for a cleaning, and it felt like they didn’t know what they were doing. Hurt me with that teeth cleaning thing several time just because she was talking to other person. The doctor only spent about 20 minutes with me, very short talk even though it was my first visit. Overall, horrible experience.

Everyone in the office was excellent! Front desk staff are lovely, attentive, make you feel at home & smart. Hygienist was great and did a great job for my deep cleaning. He listened to me when i asked for change in methods between topical numbing cream and injection to the gum. Doctor and his assistant were great, attentive and effective during putting in my 4 fillings. Deep cleaning & filling are generally uncomfortable processes cause you need to keep your mouth open for a long time, you want to swallow, materials and injections are being put in your mouth but hygienist, dentist & dental assistant all did an amazing job. Most of them are warm & smart millennials. Highly recommend
