It was great! Dr. Stella was very informative as well as took the necessary steps needed for my care.

I waited for over an hour to see the provider. I never saw her. The office staff was not welcoming when I came in. There was a smell in the waiting room that I couldn’t get past. After waiting for over an hour, I asked for my paperwork back that I had to add my Social Security number on because I was told that it was needed or I would not be seen. When I told them I could wait any longer they took a long time to find said paper work, which was very alarming . The waiting room is small and I was told 30 minutes after my appointment that somebody they will be calling me back soon. They never called me back and even when I said hey, I’m leaving because I’ve been waiting over an hour. They were trying to call somebody to get to come in to get me seen. As I waited in the waiting room I could hear another patient entire conversation . So there is no installation to protect patient rights and confidentiality.

it was unprofessional it smelled really bad and wasn’t clean the paper they put on the bed was underneath the table on the floor and she made me swab my own cervix and didn’t have an ultra sound at all!. It was just not the best place to go for an OB and i was the only person in there with my mother in law and it took them 20 minutes to see me
