Well, I can’t say Dr. Okolo wasn’t thorough but I prefer a Dr. especially my PCP to be a bit more personable. First impressions are everything. The office staff were great!! However, I didn’t feel welcomed as a new patient by the doctor. She spoke to me while looking down at her chart or the computer screen. There wasn’t too much eye contact which I found strange with a doctor. She did fill a prescription and did my labs but other than that, I won’t be going back. I did schedule a follow up but I’ll be cancelling. I just prefer my doctor to be more engaging and comfortable. I don’t want to feel like I’m the task.

I was a new patient and Dr. Okolo’s staff were exceptionally friendly, and they made me feel comfortable and welcome. I appreciated the neatness and cleanliness of the waiting and exam rooms. Dr. Okolo was pleasant and thorough as she went over my medical history. I would not hesitate to recommend her to others.

I felt welcome from the time I worked in. The staff spoke, right away. I've been in office where they just let you sit down and never saying a word. I will make this office my Primary care office. Doctor freely answered questions; I didn't not feel rushed. Great experience,
