Long process to book appointment then office reschedule my appointment with no reason given. Called me way too many times and when i called back no one picked up on varios occasions. Messy and Super unprofessional experience.

Follow up appointment for results over the phone charges your insurance and they don’t even provide you with actual results, medication counseling or education. Very unhelpful.

The primary care doctor was very friendly and open to all of our questions. However, The office flow was not pleasant. He already filled out majority of his information online but they did not reference it to get him set up. The wait time for the doctor was a little over so the total amount of the visit was about two hours whereas we were hoping for an efficient 45 minute visit. The blood draw process was not pleasant, the PAs did not seem skilled in how to deal with it. We took them up on the offer to go elsewhere but it still places inconvenience on the patient to do so. Overall, Things did not seem to be moving with a sense of urgency and the staff did not seem well verse.

Didn't even see the provider I scheduled for. Booked for a dermatologist appointment and didn't see a dermatologist. The office staff saw what I was there for and instead of telling me that they don't even HAVE a dermatologist in that office they still charged me, made me wait an hour to be see by a physician. Got a random physical since I was already there and paid and then tried to argue me down on why I wanted a regular blood STD testing. I don't need to be having symptoms just to get tested. What doctor doesn't know that almost ANYTHING can be lying dormant in your system? Make it make sense. Now they want me to pay for a phone appointment that wasn't really a choice to go over results I can very well read myself. Wouldn't recommend.

Best doctor I’ve had ! She listens and communicates clearly, doesn’t make you feel rushed at all. She ran test right away and found some important things. I really enjoyed my visit here and will be staying with this doctor.

This visit really let me down. Before attending my appointment I had talked to the receptionist and explained why I was needing to get seen. I explained thoroughly why I needed to get seen and she still let me come to the office, all the way from Roanoke to Irving, without informing me that the office didn’t prescribe the medication I talked to her about on the phone before I got there. She did not tell me that the office didn’t prescribe that medication. Why? I do not know. Instead she let me drive all the way to Irving to only have the doctor inform me that they ‘all of the sudden’ don’t prescribe the medication I needed. I don’t understand why I wasn’t told that over the phone before my visit. It was a total waste of time and inconsiderate.
