Wait time was a little longer but that’s due to me going right after the new year so I get it the office staff nice and doctor was really knowledge and nice restored my faith after waiting for so long but overall I would recommend the lady said it’s normally not this long of a wait so def will try it again also zocdoc doesn’t load the patient info that you complete so you have to do it again which was annoying on zocdoc

Dr Huang was awesome and his staff very friendly?? whatever you do avoid updates from Zocdoc?? my appointment was for 1:30 and i was suppose to arrive an hour early for paperwork????? got a text from Zocdoc that i needed to be there at 11:00?? so i did only to find out that no my appointment was at 1:30?????Instead of going home i stayed and just read my book????? was there 3 hours! at no fault to the doctor or staff but to ZocDoc which i will never listen to again and i’m deleting the app

My experience with the doctor was amazing but there was an issue with me not getting my prescriptions for almost a week, I called twice and had to go in person to get the prescriptions sent to pharmacy.

They told me multiple times to arrive an hour earlier than my scheduled appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. When I arrived an hour early for my appointment in the morning the office was locked. The receptionist didn’t show up until maybe 10-15 minutes prior to my appointment time. The nurse who took my blood missed a couple of times before she finally hit a vein. The doctor said the office would call the following week to give an update on my bloodwork. I never received a call, so I just looked up my test results on quest. Overall not a great first time experience here, and I’m not sure if I plan to come back next year.
