This was my first office visit because I was looking for a new PCP. Dr. Malik was a delight and checked all the boxes for great bedside manner. He was attentive, listened to feedback, and thoroughly evaluated me and my condition before providing a concise recommendation. The office is located within a larger building so while it’s not hard to find, it can be confusing if you don’t know ahead of time. Lastly, the office staff was friendly, but I was annoyed that I couldn’t fill out my patient paperwork ahead of time. It sounds like they’re upgrading their system, but this is a hindrance for someone that is actively on-the-go and needs to get back to work quickly - especially in a digital-first era. I would assume the wait time will get shorter after the first visit, but this is still a weak point in their onboarding process. I’ll be sticking with Dr. Malik as my PCP for the foreseeable future.

I saw Mr. Malik after dealing with years of pain that I’d been hiding from others. I got in that office with home and he was so kind and patient. He made me feel so comfortable. I poured my heart out and he told me that he’s here to help me and I really believe that.
