Most relevant
Very disappointing experience. We drove 30 minutes to get there, only to be told they couldn’t find our appointment. After some time, they finally found it, but then told us they didn’t accept our insurance, so we couldn’t even be seen. People organize their schedules, take time off, and drive to appointments trusting that the information and booking are correct. Wasting someone’s time like this is extremely frustrating and unprofessional. Unfortunately, this was a very poor experience for us.
