The Therapist totally ignore my request to see her. She never called and she never texted nor email me. She acted like I did not exist. She operates in false advertisement! I will never attempt to see her again. I am thinking about suing her for her not seeing me and her choice not to contact me. My phone records and emails will show she made no efforts to communicate with me; thus, playing with my life!

The provider I booked was actually the owner but the qualities I wanted from her were provided by one of her clinicians. Zocdoc didn't make this clear at all and led to a lot of confusion. The clinician herself was amazing. My time was also changed, but this was due to a time zone difference.

I left work early so I could make this appointment with her and I waited and waited and waited and called her office multiple times and her office called me back at 9 o’clock p.m, to tell me that they were sorry they missed our appointment and to ask if I wanted to reschedule. I just thought it was really unprofessional.
