At Diamond Lake Clinic, we believe good psychiatric care starts with listening. We take the time to understand your concerns, your experiences, and what you're hoping to get out of treatment. Our goal is to work together to find an approach that feels right for you. We offer psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a variety of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, insomnia, suboxone medication assisted treatment, and other mood disorders. ADHD assessments are often available within 2-4 weeks, helping patients get answers and explore treatment options without waiting months for an appointment. We also offer specialized treatments for treatment-resistant depression including Spravato (esketamine nasal spray) and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). We believe medication decisions should be collaborative. Just because you schedule an appointment doesn't mean you have to start medication. We'll talk through your symptoms, discuss the available options, and decide together what makes the most sense for you. Sometimes medication is helpful, and sometimes a different approach may be a better fit. Above all, we want you to feel heard, respected, and comfortable asking questions. Our goal isn't simply to prescribe medication, it's to help you find solutions that improve your quality of life and allow you to live the life you want.

First of all, Andrea is genuinely nice. There is nothing pretentious about her. I value that quite a lot. Her intelligence and extensive knowledge base are staggering. The skill with which she can change course if needed, is very reassuring. She’s not stuck in antiquated ways. I don’t feel ‘trapped’ in a med. She thoughtfully discusses and defines all treatment options and allows space for questions and contemplations. She is a gifted and generous listener, with a humble demeanor. I feel seen, heard, understood, valued and validated. She has an innate ability to see and treat people as unique individuals. Which is precisely what makes her relevant in this day and age. With her guidance, I am functioning at a level that, quite frankly, I didn’t think I would ever achieve. I highly recommend her.

That was a little over a year ago now, and since then Andrea has helped me more than she even knows. I have had two unsuspected surgeries since I have started seeing her, and just being able to talk to her every month and being held accountable, it really aided me in a positive way with my recovery.
