I had my first appointment with Diego Osorio, APRN, today via telehealth, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience.
From the start, he was warm, friendly, and incredibly easy to talk to. He created a comfortable and respectful environment that immediately put me at ease. He was right on time, well-organized, and clearly very professional in how he conducted the session.
What stood out most was how thorough and attentive he was. He took the time to carefully assess my needs, including screening for ADHD and depression, and approached everything with a high level of detail and thoughtfulness. I never felt rushed—he was patient, genuinely listened, and made sure I felt heard and understood throughout.
Overall, Diego is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also kind and personable. I’m really grateful for such a positive first experience and feel confident moving forward under his care.

Diego is incredibly easy to talk to — he’s warm, approachable, and really takes the time to understand what you’re going through. His approach to psychiatry feels refreshingly human; it’s not overly clinical or cold, and he never talks down to you.
