Communication. appeared to be a challenge in the front and back office, but the doctor was good. I had made the appointment online for a cleaning and was immediately sent an email that “your appointment time was changed”. I went 30 minutes earlier for a general cleaning. After 1.5 hours I never got the cleaning. They did x-rays and a consult which were on time. But then I sat for 30 minutes with a bib on with nobody coming until I inquired. People were working around me in /out of the room ignoring me. They said they changed the type of cleaning and that it would be done at a different location to address my needs, but only mentioned this after I left the chair to ask what was happening. I rescheduled. They said they had been arranging my future appointment for off site work, yet the hygienist told me she was also sitting there available and waiting to clean my teeth for 30 minutes.. Not feeling great about it.
