-Office couldn’t even get my basic information right . -Office ignored concerns. Office was more concerns with over charging than care. -Office couldn’t even figure out the insurance coverage. Office charged for things in my history of going to the dentist never did. Office charged by 4. Prices were higher than ever seen. -Office took forever to address the main issue. Office ready to charge a pricey amount without alleviating concerns. It was hard to trust what the staff was saying/claiming. Will not repeat.
