I have had three consultations with Max. Each visit was productive. Max is easy to talk with and he is a good listener. I know I can ask any questions I have and Max will listen and respond. The office followed up with appropriate forms for an intake and lots of reminders for the appointment, so very professional. In my introductory session, Kate was very nice and listened and communicated well while I reviewed my history, current stressors and concerns. It was a pleasant interaction. She provided a plan and proposed a follow up schedule for future meetings.

When booking an appointment the office sent me a lengthy intake appointment questionnaire that made our appointment go a lot smoother! I really really enjoyed working with her she is very knowledgeable about different medications based on concerns I had. I was nervous to start with a new provider and she was a great person to meet with. With these types of appointments you kind of lay yourself bare and talk about EVERYTHING in your life and she was super easy to talk to! Will be continuing to go back to her!

I was extremely disappointed with my first experience on Zocdoc.
I was thrilled to find a psychiatrist who could see me within five days. However, the end result was very disappointing.
Five days prior, I started to receive constant text reminders from three different #’s, and was bombarded with text reminders.
I did my part and spent 30 mins. filling out all of the necessary paperwork.
On the day of my appt., the doctor, Anna Moraitis never called or showed up, and I still haven’t heard a word from her or the office. I rearranged my entire day for this, and it was completely unprofessional and negligent.
The Zocdoc app showed my appt. was on 8/4/2026 at 3:00 p.m.; text confirmations said 3:30 p.m.
I called DBH that day and they confirmed my appt. was at 3:30 p.m. I waited patiently for Anna.
•4:10 p.m., I called DBH again; spoke with Natasha, she apologized and said Anna would call, but she never did.
•5:10 p.m., I called again, spoke with Max, asking for a follow-up—no call.
