The entire experience with Dr. Omar and technician Sam was very professional. First, Sam sat with me and explained the details of the procedure and any possible risks. After I settled in on the screening platform, Dr. Omar realized I had neglected to remove my shoes. He and Sam did me the favor of untying my laces and removing them for me! Then the scanning began; I got so comfortable that I actually fell asleep till it was over. Afterwards, Same explained all the results, told me what percentile I fell into relative to others my age, then got me registered so I could review the results later if I so desired. I suffered cardiac arrest almost 15 years ago so I am always on the lookout for new technologies which can assist in avoiding another such episode in my life. I found the DEXA Scan to be quite illuminating and the staff to be helpful, courteous, and caregiving.

First meeting was pretty much an intake, with not much time spent on what to do next. I'm hoping the next visit will address all my questions. i.e.,...so, what DO I eat????? Jenn sent the email about the Mediterranian diet, which is only slightly different than what I've been doing but not losing weight. Jenn was very nice, easy to talk to and she was very thorough as far as intakes go.

My online appointment went well I felt comfortable talking to both people. I was a little confused at first as to whether it was an in-office meeting or remote, that would've been nice if it was clearer from the onset, also it would be nice if the faces were not so big in the video chat, it's a little disorienting to have such a big face right in your face but that's just a personal prob I guess.

My meeting, an initial consult was successful despite my own cheap earbuds. Make sure you have a mic equipped device if you do it via telemed. Even though I plan to meet in person next time I think you can still have a meaningful visit this way and I’m confident it can be an effective way to get treatment during this pandemic.

Great results. I was skeptical at first but no medications I have taken so far have worked in treating my depression so I decided why not try TMS? There are little to no side effects and I have seen an improvement in my overall mood and happiness more than any medications have given me and it only took 3 weeks to start seeing improvements.
